Prompt to Prose Program Agreement

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between The Write Author LLC (“Provider”) and the individual enrolling in the Prompt to Prose Program (“Participant”). By enrolling, Participant agrees to the following terms:


1. Program Details

Program Name: Prompt to Prose

Dates: October 1–31, 2025

Format: Daily writing prompts, weekly pre-recorded craft lessons, and weekly live Q&A sessions (recorded for replay access).

Goal: By completing all prompts, the Participant will have a draft story by the end of the program.


2. Payment Terms

Full payment is due at registration to secure a spot.

The program fee is $299 (Pilot program rate: $249).

Spots are limited; enrollment is on a first-paid basis.


3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to limited enrollment and fixed program dates, all sales are final.

No refunds or partial refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

If the Participant cannot attend live sessions, they may access replays.

If the Participant cannot participate in October at all, they may:

•Complete prompts and lessons on their own using recordings.

•Submit up to 4 private written questions (1 per week’s content) for feedback in lieu of live Q&A (within six months of original program end date).


4. Rescheduling

This is a fixed-date program (October 1–31, 2025).

If the Participant cannot join live, they are responsible for catching up via recordings.

No rescheduling or program transfers are available.


5. Participant Responsibilities

Show up with a willingness to write daily and engage in the process.

Respect the confidentiality and intellectual property of other participants.

Engage constructively in Q&A and feedback sessions.


6. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

All materials shared by the Provider (prompts, lessons, and resources) are for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or resold.

All writing submitted by the Participant remains their sole property.

The Provider agrees not to share or claim ownership of Participant’s submitted work.


7. Limitation of Liability

The Provider does not guarantee specific results or publication. Writing progress depends on the Participant’s effort and engagement.


8. Agreement

By enrolling in Prompt to Prose, the Participant confirms they have read, understood, and agree to the above terms.
