This Enrollment Policy details the specific terms, duration, and financial commitments required for participation in the "Write. Rest. Revise. 90-Day Author's Journey" program ("The Program"). This policy is an addendum to and is governed by the full Terms and Conditions for The Writers' Forge ("Community T&Cs").

1. Program Structure and Duration (No Changes Needed)

1.1 Official Program Term The Write. Rest. Revise. Program is structured as a 90-day experience, beginning on November 1st, 2025, and running through Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III.

1.2 Required Pace The Program is designed to be completed across three sequential 30-day phases. Participants are highly encouraged to follow this structured pace to maximize results. If a Participant falls behind, The Write Author will assist with customized pacing plans, but the official live access period remains fixed as outlined below.

2. Program Access and Duration (Key Revisions to Reflect Lifetime Curriculum)

Access to The Program is provided via two distinct enrollment methods:

2.1 Founding Member Access (Free with Membership)

Curriculum Access: Participants who enroll via The Writers’ Forge Membership receive lifetime, perpetual access to the Core Write. Rest. Revise. Curriculum (all lessons, videos, and downloads), regardless of their membership status.

Community Access Duration: Access to The Writers’ Forge community, including live sprints, Q&As, forums, and support, is governed by the duration of the Participant's active paid membership, as detailed in the Community T&Cs.

Membership Commitment: This is governed by the Community T&Cs.

2.2 Standalone Group Program Access (One-Time Fee)

Curriculum Access: Participants who purchase The Program for the One-Time Investment of $299 (or 3 payments of $100) are granted lifetime, perpetual access to the Core Write. Rest. Revise. Curriculum (all lessons, videos, and downloads).

Community Access Duration: Access to the live community features of The Writers’ Forge (sprints, Q&As, and forums) is limited to a fixed period of three (3) months concurrent with the 90-day Program Term.

Access Expiration: Access to the live community features of The Writers’ Forge will automatically and irrevocably expire on January 31st, 2026. Curriculum access remains perpetual.

3. Financial Terms and No-Refund Policy (Revised Refund Window)

3.1 Payment Continuity Enrollment guarantees access to the complete Program structure, materials, and community support for the full duration of the access period. All scheduled payments (Founding Member monthly/annual fees or Standalone installments) must continue as scheduled regardless of the Participant's personal pace, temporary pause, or non-use of the materials.

3.2 Strict No-Refund Policy (Revised) Due to the immediate, comprehensive, and proprietary nature of the digital content—including the 3-Step Prep Plan and the Core Write. Rest. Revise. Curriculum—which is made available upon purchase: NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED FOR ANY REASON ONCE ACCESS TO THE CURRICULUM HAS BEEN GRANTED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.

3.3 Refund Exception (Revised) Requests for cancellation and a full refund will only be considered if submitted in writing to [email protected] prior to the completion of the checkout process and payment.

4. Intellectual Property (No Changes Needed)

4.1 Participant Work The Participant retains all copyright and intellectual property rights in and to any creative works, drafts, manuscripts, or feedback they submit or create during their participation in The Program.

4.2 Program Content All Program materials, daily instructions, lesson plans, templates, and workshops remain the sole and exclusive property of The Write Author. Participants are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal, educational use only. Sharing, reproducing, or redistributing any Program content is strictly prohibited.
