Your V.I.P. Day includes:
Dedicated Pre-Reading and Analysis: I will review your questionnaire and submitted materials to ensure our day is hyper-focused on your needs.
3 Hours of Live 1:1 Coaching via Zoom: This is a concentrated, 1:1 session (via video call) where we tackle your chosen writing problem head-on.
Session Recording (with your permission): For you to revisit insights and strategies anytime.
Actionable Plan: You won't just leave with ideas; you'll have a concrete, step-by-step action plan tailored specifically for your project to keep the momentum going.
1 Week of Post-Call Email Support: Because questions come up as you implement your new plan! (This begins after your three hours are completed and you receive your final action plan.)
Frequently Asked Questions
What do I need to do to prepare for our V.I.P. Day?
Fill out the discovery questionnaire (this will be sent to you after payment) and submit any relevant manuscript/project materials as instructed in the welcome email.
What kind of results can I expect from a V.I.P. Day?
Gain instant clarity, focused solutions, immediate progress, and a personalized strategy so you can move forward.
What happens after our V.I.P. Day session(s)?
You will receive an actionable plan/roadmap within 48 hours of our session wrap-up, the call recording (if agreed upon), and 1 week of post-call email support, beginning after your final session is completed, to assure breakthrough progress.
What are your cancellation or rescheduling policies?
Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule a session with at least 48 hours' notice without penalty. Sessions rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice may be forfeited or subject to a rescheduling fee at The Write Author's discretion.
Coach Cancellation: If Coach must cancel a session, a mutually agreeable rescheduled time will be arranged.
Refund Policy
Due to the personalized and time-intensive nature of the V.I.P. Day, all payments become non-refundable 7 calendar days after the date of payment.
Additionally, all payments become non-refundable once services have commenced, regardless of the 7-day period.
Commencement of services includes, but is not limited to, when any of the following happens, whichever is first:
—The Coach reviews Client's submitted materials (e.g., manuscript pages, questionnaires).
—The initial coaching session is scheduled.
—The initial coaching session is completed.
—For clients on a Flexible Payment Plan, all remaining installments are due as scheduled once the Agreement is active and services have commenced, or 7 calendar days after the date of their initial payment, whichever comes first.

What kind of materials will I submit?
Submitted materials may include an outline, an excerpt, a chapter, a certain number of words or pages, etc., based on your topic of concern.
Are my materials protected?
Absolutely. Your manuscript, ideas, and all submitted materials are treated with the utmost confidentiality. A Confidentiality clause (acting as an NDA) is included as part of our service agreement to provide an extra layer of protection and peace of mind. I maintain strict professional ethics and will never share or claim ownership of your work. Your intellectual property remains yours, always.

How your 3 hours of coaching are delivered:
Choose your option and complete your payment on the secure checkout page.
Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive a welcome email with a link to book your time slot(s) and instructions on how to submit your materials. I'll thoroughly review everything before our meeting, and at our mutually agreed-upon time, we'll hop on Zoom, grab our pens (or keyboards), and get creative.
No matter which option you choose, my goal is to provide maximum support and
Very Important Progress tailored to your needs.
Your Session Options
Option 1: Pay in Full
This option offers maximum flexibility for how you receive your coaching.Choose Your Delivery Method:
Single Intensive Block (One 3-hour session): Prefer to dedicate a full 3-hour block for a deep, uninterrupted dive into your project? Your session can be scheduled immediately after your payment is confirmed.
Dedicated Progress (Three 1-hour sessions): Break up your intensive into three focused 1-hour calls instead. This allows for immediate momentum, time to implement insights between sessions, and then dive back in for your next breakthrough. All three 1-hour sessions can be booked immediately after your payment is confirmed.
Option 2: Flexible Payment Plan
Spread out your investment and receive dedicated support.Delivery: Your 3 hours of personalized coaching will be delivered as three 1-hour sessions.
Booking Your Sessions: Your first 1-hour session can be booked as soon as your first payment clears. Subsequent 1-hour sessions can be booked as each following monthly payment is successfully processed. This allows for immediate progress and implementation time between calls.
Available hours for all sessions are:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 9:00AM-5:00PM CDT.
Tuesday, Thursday from 1:00PM-8:00PM CDT.
If these hours do not work for you, let me know so we can arrange for something convenient for both of us.
I understand we are working in time zones from around the world!
To assure your momentum and progress, sessions must be booked within 6 months from date of purchase. After this period, the service will expire. Expired packages will not be eligible for a refund or extension, except in cases of documented extenuating circumstances at The Write Author's sole discretion.
